Lately this has been my go-to lunch. Homemade Kimchi and scrambled eggs with whole grain bread (made by your’s truly). I made the kimchi a few months ago and let it ferment. It is now ready for eating and is so tasty. The bread I am still experimenting with the best recipes for my home ground wheat. I will be positing some recipes in the days to come. This is a good hardy lunch and afterwards I enjoyed a nice up of coffee with my knitting while both kids slept!
