Tucked away in the back of my fridge are jar and jars of bone broth. I use these jars all the time. They are the base for soups, gravies, stews, sauces and add flavour to casseroles and other dinners. I have bags of bones in my freezer so when I run out I just haul out one of the bags and cook up some broth. It really is super easy and has wonderful flavour, I also love that I am in control of the ingredients so I know exactly what is in my stock!
